What is Retail?
"When we purchase goods in Bulk & Sold it in small pieces or small quantity is called Retail".
Here, Seller is known as Retailer (Shopkeeper) because he sold product in pieces.
Also we can say that "when we purchase product in wholesale & sold it in small pieces is called retailing".
for ex - If I am a shopkeeper & I purchase a box of biscuit of 100 pieces & sold it in small small quantity like 1 piece or 2 piece etc is called retailing.
In this world every sector is Retail we shop everything from a retail store we can't purchase product in bulk so we visit a nearest retail store & purchase from there.
Every store is a retail store where we can purchase
some eg of retail store are-
Mobile Store, grocery store, apparel store, fruit shop, vegetables shop, automobile shop, recharge shop, electronic shop etc.
